First of all, its location is great at the center of Taksim. You can easily access night life, transportation or shopping. The staff was very kind and polite. Another important thing for me was hygiene, Bathroom, sheets, room all of them was already cleaned when I checked in and they kept it clean with daily maid service.

Property was good but little bit small for family, but maintain good condition. If you are single or couple it was perfect. And location was near from the taksim square and alot of public transport.

location..!!! just 100 m from Taksim Square and all kind of mass transportation, tram, nostalgic tram, funicular, tunnel, metro/subway, taxi, dolmus. walkable from istiklal street (most famous street all over Turkiye), Galata tower, SaltBae restaurant, and all transportation to all popular attraction. the room are compact but functional, we have to put luggage below the bed.

The staff are very friendly and they checked us in early and gave us an upgrade free of charge. They were all very helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to the metro station and to other attractions in the area.

Very nice small hotel Location is excellent. Very near to Taksim Near to it 3 or more supermarkets working 24 hrs daily and many small restaurants Turkish and Syrian Staff is very respective and helpful all the time Very clean Room is wide by comparison to other hotels in the same area. I was in good suitable room with 2 large double beds. Good value for money.

I loved the customer service and help offered by the hotel attendants, loved the comfort of the beds as well as the location, very close to a lot of shops and the other store owners on the street are lovely and all very accomodating
